Oracle Java Cloud Service with Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Coherence represent a Cloud-based Java EE application environment supporting the deployment of mission critical applications using a robust, secure and scalable infrastructure. System administration of Java Cloud and WebLogic Server includes a wide range of activities, from creating, configuring and monitoring running applications, to securing applications and services, to diagnosing application behaviors and tuning for best performance.In this course, students expand upon their existing administrative knowledge and experience, and learn more sophisticated techniques for working with the Java Cloud Service, WebLogic Server, and DevOps. Particular attention is paid to the topics of authentication, scripting, diagnostics and performance.Students continue to use tools such as the WebLogic Server Administration Console, Java Cloud Service Console, Fusion Middleware Control, REST, JCS CLI (PSM), and WebLogic Server Scripting Tool (WLST) for performing these administrative tasks.
