	Provided project management services to coordinate the development of custom training for PeopleSoft's self-service Expense and PO modules. Coordinated the development of job aids, web-based tutorials and classroom training.

	Developed and delivered custom HR/Benefits/Payroll training to users disbursed throughout the country. Utilized PeopleSoft End-User Training Kit to develop all materials.

South Eastern State Agencies- Public Sector

Fulfilled Project manager and curriculum developer positions to design and develop custom ERP financial training in the areas of AP/PO/Billing/Receivable/Asset Management/Projects/General Ledger. Used PeopleSoft UPK (User productivity Kit) to design all classroom materials, Job Aids and Reference Guides. Delivered all classroom events to 36 state agencies and 8,000 end users. Coordinated efforts with State subject experts and consultant workforce.

	Subject matter expert and curriculum developers used OnDemand software to create custom classroom guides, job aids and quick reference guides for enterprise wide roll out of PeopleSoft HR and ESA modules. Created and managed hands on simulation sessions. User based estimated at 10,000.

	Designed and conducted user training for 400 users of PeopleSoft HR located in disburse locations across the USA. Created custom job aids and student guides using custom templates. Collaborated with agency subject matter experts and integration partners.
