TransAmerica begins every training engagement with a needs assessment to identify target audiences and determine the required curriculum to train and support each group.

TransAmerica Training Management will assign a project manager to assemble and manage its internal development team. The Project Manager provides the primary interface to clients for project status and issue resolution. Consultants write and/or review business process documentation in preparation for developing training materials. New media developers create graphical comparisons and a look and feel that are consistent with the client's culture. All TransAmerica Training Management team members follow our internal business processes to consistently yield high quality solutions using best practices and proven methodologies.

Throughout the project, the quality assurance team reviews each component of the solution for accuracy and appropriate use of TransAmerica Training Management styles and standards. Our technical support team can address technical issues directly with the client and in support of the TransAmerica Training Management project team.
