CONTEST
DESCRIPTION:
The
TAM
Training
NFL
Pro
Bowl
Tickets
contest
(the
“Contest”)
is
a
contest
in
which
to
enter,
entrants
must
submit
their
business
card
or
contact
information
(first
and
last
name,
organization/company,
email
address,
phone
number
and
address)
to
the
TransAmerica
Training
Management
(TAM)
booth
#3410
at
Moscone
Center
West
during
Oracle
OpenWorld
10/12/09
10/15/09
and
make
a
training
purchase
with
TAM
between
10/11/09
and
12/16/09.
Contest
is
open
individuals
who
are
18
years
of
age
or
older
at
time
of
entry.
HOW
TO
ENTER:
All
preliminary
entries
must
be
submitted
to
TAM
Training
Booth
#3410
at
Oracle
OpenWorld
October
12
–
15,
2009.
All
preliminary
entrants
will
receive
communication
from
TAM
Training
with
a
reminder
that
the
individual
or
individual’s
organization
must
purchase
training
from
TAM
Training
between
10/12/09
and
12/16/09
to
be
officially
entered
in
the
contest.
2.
WINNER
SELECTION:
A
winner
will
be
selected
from
all
qualified
entrants
(entrants
that
have
a
training
purchase
between
10/12/09
and
12/16/09
and
submitted
their
information
to
TAM
during
Oracle
OpenWorld
2009)
on
Friday,
12/18/09
by
a
representative
of
TAM
whose
decisions
are
final
in
all
respects.
winner
will
be
notified
by
phone
and/or
email
by
12/21/06.
winner
will
be
subject
to
verification.
3.
PRIZE:
One
(1)
winner
will
be
awarded
two
(2)
tickets
to
the
NFL
Pro
Bowl
Game
on
Sunday
January
31,
2010
at
Land
Shark
Stadium
in
Miami,
Florida.
Approximate
Retail
Value
$200.00.
winner
are
responsible
for
all
federal,
state
and
local
taxes,
as
well
as
any
travel
and
lodging
fees
and/or
expenses
incurred
in
claiming
and
using
prize.
No
cash
alternative
of
the
prize
is
offered.
4.
ELIGIBILITY:
This
contest
is
open
to
persons
18
years
of
age
or
older
at
time
of
entry.
Employees
and
their
immediate
families
(spouses
and
parents,
siblings
and
children
and
their
spouses)
of
TransAmerica
Training
Management
are
not
eligible
to
enter
the
contest.
Due
to
compliance
with
government
gift
and
ethics
rules,
government
employees
are
not
eligible
for
this
contest.

WHEREVER
PROHIBITED
OR
RESTRICTED
BY
LAW.
5.
GENERAL:
Entrants
agree
to
abide
by
the
terms
of
these
Official
Rules
and
by
the
decisions
of
the
Judges
which
are
final
in
all
matters
pertaining
to
this
Contest.
All
federal,
state
and
local
laws
apply.
Any
taxes
on
the
prize
are
the
sole
responsibility
of
the
winner.
Acceptance
of
a
prize
constitutes
permission
for
TAM
to
use
winner’s
name,
photo,
and
or
likeness
for
advertising
purposes
without
additional
compensation.
By
participating
in
the
Contest,
participants
and
winner
release
TAM
and
its
partners,
affiliates,
employees,
and
all
others
associated
with
the
development
and
execution
of
the
Contest
from
and
against
any
and
all
liability
with
claims
or
actions
of
any
kind
whatsoever
for
injuries,
damages
or
losses
to
persons
or
property
which
may
be
sustained
in
connection
with
the
Contest
or
the
receipt,
ownership,
or
use
of
the
prize,
or
while
preparing
for
or
participating
in
and/or
traveling
to
or
from
any
prize
related
activity.
