Terms
and
Conditions:
These
terms
and
conditions
("terms")
apply
to
the
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program.
By
referring
a
customer,
the
referring
business
agrees
to
these
terms.
1.
Discount
for
Referral.
Subject
to
the
terms
and
conditions
that
follow,
a
participant
in
the
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program
shall
be
entitled
to
a
discount
of
5%*
on
a
public
class
for
each
new
Oracle
Software
Customer
referred
by
them
to
TransAmerica
Training
Management.
2.
Restrictions.
•
2.1
Referrals
must
be
made
through
one
of
the
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Sales
or
Delivery
Managers.
•
2.2
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program
discounts
are
nontransferable
and
will
be
applied
only
towards
the
referring
customer
accounts.
•
2.3
Referral
discounts
are
available
only
to
current
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program
Participants
with
accounts
in
good
standing.
•
2.4
Discounts
for
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program
Participants
are
available
only
for
referrals
for
Oracle
Software
Customers.
In
order
to
receive
the
discount,
the
referred
customer:
o
2.4.1
Must
not
be
a
current
TransAmerica
Training
Management
customer
or
have
taken
a
TransAmerica
Training
Management
class
within
2
years
of
the
referral
date.
o
2.4.2
Must
be
an
Oracle
Software
Customer/User.
o
2.4.3
Cannot
also
be
the
referring
customer.
Customers
can
not
refer
themselves
or
their
own
departments.
However,
they
may
refer
other
departments
within
the
same
organization.
First
time
customers
may
be
interested
in
our
First
Time
Buyer
Program.
•
2.5
A
limit
of
one
referral
discount
per
transaction
will
be
available
and
applied
to
purchases.
•
2.6
Any
unused
discounts
will
automatically
expire
after
one
year
and
may
not
be
transferred,
assigned
or
redeemed
for
cash.
If
multiple
referrals
for
the
same
person
are
received,
only
ONE
(1)
discount
(subject
to
these
terms)
will
be
provided
for
the
referral
first
received
by
TransAmerica
Training
Management,
as
determined
by
TransAmerica
Training
Management.
Discounts
may
not
be
combined
with
other
offers.

2.7
This
program
is
open
to
TransAmerica
Training
customers,
students
and
partners,
including
members
of
the
Oracle
Partner
Network.
•
2.8
Participation
in
the
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program
does
not
imply
recommendation
or
endorsement
of
TransAmerica
Training
Management.
•
2.9
TransAmerica
Training
Management
Referral
Program
is
void
in
all
areas
where
prohibited.
•
2.10
TransAmerica
Training
Management
reserves
the
right
to
alter,
modify,
suspend,
or
terminate
this
program
at
any
time
upon
thirty
(30)
days'
notice,
which
notice
may
be
provided
through
revisions
posted
on
the
TransAmerica
Training
Management
website.
