A: A Learning Credits account has a specified dollar value. A Learning Credits account is the form of payment used to acquire education products and services offered through Oracle University and its Oracle Authorized Education Centers (OAEC).
2. What is the minimum purchase requirement for Learning Credits?
A:

The minimum for establishing a Learning Credits account is $1,000 USD, or the equivalent in local currency.

3. Can anyone in my company use Learning Credits to attend classes?
A:

Yes! Anyone within your company that is granted access to your Learning Credits account number (similar to a PIN number) may use the Learning Credits account to enroll in an Oracle University class. You can contact TransAmerica Training Management to get a usage report of your Learning Credits account, as well as advice on how to manage your account.

4. Where can I use Learning Credits?
A:

Learning Credits can be used for any Oracle training held at or organized by any Oracle University or Oracle Authorized Education Center training facility.

5. Can I use Learning Credits to purchase different types of Oracle training?
A:

Yes! Learning Credits can be used to purchase any education products or services Oracle University offers with the exception of additional Learning Credits. This includes the following Oracle University offerings:

• Classes at TAM Training's Oracle Authorized Education Centers, Oracle Training Centers, or any Oracle Authorized Education Centers
• eLearning - Online distance learning such as live virtual classes, self study CDs and recorded webcasts
• Private Events – Exclusive onsite training at your site or ours
• Oracle Certification Exam Vouchers
